What applications is the PT-500-P30 designed for?

The PT-500-P30 is specifically designed for harsh environments with dirty, caustic, or turbulent liquids. It is ideal for wastewater treatment, industrial process monitoring, and other submersible pressure measurement applications.

The PT-500-P30 features a 316L stainless steel sensor and durable urethane or PVC cables, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments.

You can choose from a removeable, reusable cage that is great for easy cleaning, maintenance, and for long term use in tough environments, or the fixed welded cage for permanent installation.

The PT-500-P30 includes conduit mounting threads for secure installation and a compact vent tube filter cap for added protection.

For best performance:

  • Follow proper installation guidelines
  • Perform routine inspections and cleaning
  • Schedule periodic factory re-calibration

We recommend recalibration to be performed at least once a year to ensure accurate measurements—although some applications may require more frequent calibration. APG offers in-house NIST calibration services, with experienced technicians and quick turnaround times to help keep your operations on track.

You can start the recalibration process by submitting our RMA form, and set custom recalibration reminders through our Recalibration Reminder form.
