The RPM Explosion Proof Resistive Level Transmitter with a 1.25″ Stem is designed for durability and reliability in the most demanding applications. This customizable float level transmitter is perfect for measuring thick, viscous, and sludgy fluids commonly found in wastewater, sewage, and oil & gas industries. Known as a “mud probe,” the RPM is built for heavy-duty environments, offering ATEX/IECEx and CSA intrinsic safety or explosion proof certifications. It’s ideal for hazardous locations, including Class I, Div. 1 settings. The probe features a 316L SS stem, polyurethane float, and cast aluminum housing, ensuring long-lasting performance.

The RPM level transmitter is customizable to suit specific needs with adjustable probe lengths, float types, specific gravity options, and output choices. Its simple linear measurement provides accurate readings without the complications of non-contact methods. It’s also approved for marine applications with ABS certification. The RPM is a reliable solution for extreme conditions, offering both 4-20mA and resistive output options, with excellent performance at temperatures from -40 to 185°F.
