SHAW MERRILL

Shaw is an Inside Sales Manager who loves interacting with customers, finding joy in meeting diverse and interesting people. He believes in building strong client relationships by listening to their stories and understanding their needs, which helps him provide the best solutions. Shaw has learned that sales is about trust and ongoing support, not just making a sale. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing on Bear Lake during the summer and skiing at Beaver Mountain in the winter, embracing his passion for outdoor adventures as a dedicated skier.

BRYAN RITCHEY

Bryan serves as one of our Regional Sales Managers. He enjoys helping customers solve problems and takes pride in being a trusted expert they can rely on. Through his sales experience, Bryan has learned the importance of resilience. One of the most adventurous things he’s done is helping rebuild Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria.

JASON WHITAKER

Jason is the Regional Sales Manager in our Midwest territory. His favorite days at work usually involve helping new customers find solutions to challenging applications. Jason builds trust with his long-term customers by maintaining transparent and consistent communication. He values integrity and reliability in others and seeks to prioritize these traits in his life and career. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him fly fishing on a local stream, hitting golf balls with his brothers, or cooking with his family.

STEVE POND

Steve is our Regional Sales Manager who covers the Rocky Mountain Territory and Western Canada. He’s likes learning more about what our products can do, building relationships with customers, and identifying solutions. Steve’s approach to client relationships involves clear communication, listening, collaboration, and consistent follow-up. His sales experience has taught him the value of knowing when to “shut up and listen.” Outside of work, Steve enjoys watching sports, particularly his daughter’s fastpitch softball games, as well as fly fishing, umpiring baseball games, and spending time with his family.

KATHERINE ALLEN

Meet Katherine Allen, our Order Entry Specialist! Kat takes pride in building strong client relationships. She approaches her role with honesty, diplomacy, and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their goals. When Kat is not at work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends and playing board games. She also loves exploring new places—like walking a rope bridge in Ireland (how cool)! Whether she’s adventuring  abroad or enjoying a quiet game night, Kat brings a balanced and upbeat energy that makes her a perfect fit for the APG family.

CARLOS GONZALEZ

Carlos serves as an Inside Sales Representative, focusing on international partners. He enjoys interacting with diverse customers and finding new homes for the company’s products worldwide. Carlos builds relationships by understanding customer needs and maintaining clear, consistent communication, which fosters trust and long-term partnerships. His sales experience has taught him the importance of balancing persistence and patience. Outside of work, Carlos keeps busy with soccer, whether he’s coaching, playing, or watching the game.

BEN RINDLISBACHER

Ben serves as a Sales Representative for the West Coast region. He enjoys many aspects of his job, especially working with customers to find the right solutions for their needs. Ben believes that building strong relationships takes time and that providing quality service and products is key to maintaining them. He’s learned to be more open-minded through his experience in sales. Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing basketball and spending time outdoors.

GORDON GREATHOUSE

Gordon serves as an Applications Engineer. Although he’s not a salesman, Gordon provides technical support to both the Sales Department and customers. His favorite part of the job is working with great people. Gordon values trust and honesty when building and maintaining client relationships. From his experience, he’s learned that APG offers excellent solutions for applications worldwide. One of the most adventurous things he’s done is canoe down the Colorado River.
